Refund Policy/ Credits

1. In the event that teams don’t play at least the game guarantee our refunds/ credits will be applied as so.
   • On a 3 game Guarantee event
     • 1 less game than game guarantee is a 25% credit/ refund
     • 2 less games than game guarantee is a 50% credit/ refund
     • No games played full credit/ refund
   • On a 4 game Guarantee event
     • 1 less game than game guarantee is a 25% credit/ refund
     • 2 less games than game guarantee is a 50% credit/ refund
     • 3 less games than game guarantee is a 75% credit/ refund
     • No games played is a full credit/ refund
2. All event credits must be used by July 31st of the next season or else they will be forfeited to Northwest Sportscenter.
