In the event that teams don’t play at least the game guarantee our refunds/ credits will be applied as so.
On a 3 game Guarantee event
1 less game than game guarantee is a 25% credit/ refund
2 less games than game guarantee is a 50% credit/ refund
No games played full credit/ refund
On a 4 game Guarantee event
1 less game than game guarantee is a 25% credit/ refund
2 less games than game guarantee is a 50% credit/ refund
3 less games than game guarantee is a 75% credit/ refund
No games played is a full credit/ refund
All event credits must be used by July 31st of the next season or else they will be forfeited to Northwest Sportscenter.
Teams that have paid:
Paid teams that drop before a schedule is released will be awarded a full credit for the event to be used at a future event that year or the following year.
Paid teams that drop after the schedule is released will receive no refund.
